Blog Category: No Category Blog Tags: flare up, crohns, things to do  Here I am living with another flare up. Mine seem to come every few months normally I am able to ignore them and wait for them to go away, but doesn't seem to be that way this time. I am off work at the moment and am using my time doing odd jobs round the house..... finishing my husbands socks, baking bread for our lunch, making my pj's, writing my cook book (which my friends want), and measuring where shelves will go. At least this way I don't feel lazy, useless or like I am faking. At the moment I know I have over done it as my arms feel like they have high voltage electricity running through them and it hurts.  0 Comments
